A fast-growing startup in the bookkeeping and accounting industry is on a mission to simplify financial management for small businesses through smart, tailored services. As the company continues to scale, it is seeking an energetic and persuasive Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to play a pivotal role in driving its B2B growth. This individual will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, responsible for introducing the brand, sparking interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for the Executive team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call small to mid-sized businesses to introduce our bookkeeping and accounting solutions
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with call notes and lead status
• Follow up with warm leads and re-engage previous contacts
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts, messaging, and outreach strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Have experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (B2B experience preferred)
• Are confident, articulate, and have strong communication skills
• Can handle objections with ease and pivot when necessary
• Thrive in a results-driven environment with clear goals
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and lead tracking systems
• Bonus: Experience with the accounting or financial services industry
