Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Chiller Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems, with a focus on commercial chillers. This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive salary and opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial chiller systems

- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues or areas for improvement

- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with chillers and related equipment

- Install, repair, and replace chiller components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job

- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with commercial chillers

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or HVAC certification preferred

- Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems

- Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation
