We have an exciting new opening for a Facilities Manager working for a Large Business Park in Tring your position will encompass varied administration and management duties. This diverse role involves being fully responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running and maintenance of the Business Park and building.

Salary 30K,  Hours 9am -5pm, 22 days holidays, flexible company

You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and existing tenants. Duties will include: Checking emails and deal with any queries from tenants asap, showing prospective tenants around vacant rooms, units and offices. Modifying lease documents for new tenants, sending letters to existing tenants re new lease/ in-lease rent increase – Deal with any issues arising from this. Drawing up new lease documents for existing tenants. Dealing with queries from the council regarding paperwork for all leased Units. Dealing with any issues from tenants that either visit/call office. Collating relevant information and calculating monthly Utility invoices. Yearly - Collating information for Service charge to give to tenants and monitoring energy usage.

You will also be responsible for the running of the office dealing with any other office issues including: ordering stationary, calling IT etc, answering telephone calls made to office, undertaking HR Administration as and when required, checking fire alarm and all fire extinguishers in the building,  keeping a check on all the company's own vehicles/insurances etc and inform JB/SL when anything is due to be paid etc, reporting any issues to the on-site maintenance officer in a timely fashion.

You will need to organised, self motivated and have excellent communication skills. You will pay attention to detail. Ideally you may have previous management experience and you will have used MS Word and Excel. Would suit a local person.
