English Teacher

We are looking for an English (ESL) Teacher for a secondary school in Suzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2025.

About the school

The educational institution is situated in the center of Xiangcheng area Suzhou. It occupies a total area of 100,000 square meters and has a construction area of over 130,000 square meters. This school comprises of an early education center, kindergarten, primary school, middle school and international high school sections. It provides a combined domestic curriculum with international IB and A level courses to meet the academic needs of the students.

Job Details

• Teach the schools English (ESL) courses to secondary school students
• Prepare lessons, lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Asses and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Participate in parents meetings

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• TESL/TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred
• Working experience preferred

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of 20,000 to 25,000 RMB depending on experience
