Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Chongqings Jiangbei district. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

Job responsibilities

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 7:50am to 5:30pm. During this time, you will:

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment while utilizing the Montessori framework
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each childs performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study preferred
• Teaching certificate TEFL, TESOL or relevant
• Related teaching experience preferred but not a must
• Excellent English communicative skills
