We welcome dedicated and knowledgeable native English teachers who would like to teach as English teachers, Adjunct Professors and university teachers, to join our team with positions across the country.
Our ideal candidates will have either newly qualified TEFL certificates, or demonstrated previous experience in teaching at various level, OR experience with teaching kids/adults in advance, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The focus of the role is to provide high-quality instructions to Chinese students and facilitate learning and growth in many a subject area.
Potential applicants must be -
1. native or near native English speaking capacity;
2. Univ. degree holders in any fields;
3. being able to commit to one year teaching contract or longer;
4. TEFL/TESOL certificates;
5. some teaching experience is preferred but not a must.

The focus of the role is to provide high-quality instruction to students and facilitate learning and growth in the subject area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver course material to students in a clear and engaging manner.
- Create and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding of the course material.
- Hold some office hours and provide additional support and guidance to students as needed.
- Keep precise documentation of student advancement, attendance, and grades
- Participate in faculty meetings and other activities as required.
- Stay current with developments and changes in the field of study and incorporate them into course content.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic staff to ensure the curriculum aligns with institutional standards and objectives.
Requirements
- Ideally, a Master’s degree or above in the subject area or a related field; however, a bachelor's degree with rich experience will also welcome
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in teaching at the college or university level, or some adult teaching experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students to facilitate their learning and growth
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and academic staff
- Proficient in the use of technology for instruction and record-keeping
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth in the field of study
