Responsibilities

• Develop and refine crypto trading strategies for maximizing returns and mitigating risk
• Monitor and analyze market movements, generating data-driven insights to inform trades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product) to improve trading infrastructure
• Implement and validate algorithmic trading models, ensuring high-performance execution
• Rapidly adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting of trade activities

Requirements

• Several years of experience in advanced trading roles within crypto, hedge fund, or prop trading environments (around 3+ years suggested)
• Strong proficiency in Python, and deep understanding of financial Greeks (particularly delta)
• Proven ability to operate within Web3 and DeFi ecosystems
• Familiarity with delta-neutral strategies, options trading, or algorithmic trading is an advantage

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is helpful but not mandatory

• Fluent English
