Inside Sales Executive - Air Ticketing & Holiday Packages

The sales Executive is responsible for driving sales (B2C & B2B) to achieve the targets.

Roles & Responsible:

  • To ensure generating revenue by selling holiday packages, Air tickets, Visas and our other travel services
  • Generate sales through leads, inquiry received via email, WhatsApp, calls, Social media and referrals
  • Follow up with inquired clients and record the number of times followed with the feedback until the sale closed.
  • Initiate Cold calls on a daily basis to generate new sales
  • Making referrals from the existing clients and updating, min 5 referrals per week
  • Achieve weekly sale target ( 5 leads should be login per week)
  • Achieve monthly sales target (5 Lakhs per month)
  • Provide general secretarial support in overall office operations, assignments, and projects with management
  • Maintain the client's database in sales excel sheets, time to time received via email, WhatsApp, calls, Social media, referrals, website and field sales team
  • Happily welcoming walk-in clients, ask how they know about us and record it
  • Walk-in clients are potential, sale should be closed. In case of sales are not done, the proper reason should be recorded and updated in daily meetings
  • Follow up with vendors for requests, top-ups, backend team supports, lead time & delivery
  • Establish daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales objectives in relation to the company business plan and monitor the progress, reporting on it on daily, weekly & monthly review meetings
  • Work with management to create new opportunities for growth
  • Implementing marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors analysis
  • Support field sales team for road shows & stalls
  • Report to the manager, and coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations
  • Report to manager & management about day-to-day workflow
  • Ask for 5-Star reviews & positive feedback from the clients by sharing the Google link
  • Ask the clients to follow & share our social media links.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualification:

  • Good Convincing power
  • A self-starter with an attitude with a confident and personal nature
  • Hands of experience in Amadeus/Galileo
  • Excellent communication & Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of global travel updates and their tourist spots
  • 2-4 years of experience in selling holiday packages, air tickets, visas & other travel services
  • Graduate/IATA with a travel and tourism diploma or degree.
