Maintenance Engineer | Mechanical

Desired Education: Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engg

Desired Experience: 4-8 years, preferably in the Auto components Industry.

Technical Skill Set:

• Good working knowledge of various kinds of machinery such as Press tools, Grinding machines,
• Drilling machines, Assembly equipment, Special purpose machines etc.
• Good working knowledge with CNC & VMC machine maintenance is essential
• Shall be familiar with various maintenance concepts such as Preventive maintenance, Predictive
• maintenance, Condition monitoring, etc..
• Shall have the expertise in dismantling, troubleshooting and assembly of various machine elements.
• Good knowledge on geometrical accuracy testing & requirements on various machine elements
• Experience in Installation and commissioning of machinery
• Adequate knowledge of spare parts handling and control
• Shall be familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic power control systems
• Familiarity with Basic electrical/electronic interface will be an added advantage
• Shall be familiar with 5S, TPM etc.

Computer and soft skills :

• MS Office
• Working with teams / Gmeet / skype
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities :

• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
• Diagnosing breakdown problems and rectification
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Installation and commissioning of new machines
• Implementing low-cost automation systems
• Involving in new special purpose machine building activities
