Key Responsibilities

The Family Medicine Physician will serve as a Core Faculty member, balancing clinical care with teaching, administrative duties, and academic involvement.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive primary care services in a clinical setting
  • Participating in faculty responsibilities, including teaching and mentoring trainees
  • Combining clinical duties with administrative and program-related responsibilities
  • Engaging in scholarly activities such as research, publications, or presentations
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across the healthcare system
  • Optional participation in inpatient care

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following core requirements:

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction
  • Interest in academic medicine and teaching
  • Willingness to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities

Preferred Skills & Experience

The following qualifications are considered advantageous:

  • Experience or interest in obstetrics (OB)
  • Prior academic or teaching experience
  • Participation in research, publications, or professional organizations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
