The Opportunity:

A leading international legal search firm is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its high-performing New York team, with a focus on the AmLaw 200 market. This is a mid-to-senior-level, revenue-generating role suited to an experienced legal recruiter who can manage client relationships, deliver on mandates, and support hiring processes for associate-level searches.- You'll be stepping into a well-established desk with access to existing clients, while also having the opportunity to further develop your own network and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with US private practice law firms, with a focus on New York-based firms
• Deliver on mandates across associate-level hires
• Support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from client briefing through to placement
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates within the legal space
• Contribute to business development activities and identify new opportunities within your market
• Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals across key practice areas 
• Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to overall team performance=

Requirements:

• Proven experience in legal recruitment, ideally within the US market
• Strong familiarity with US private practice law firms
• Demonstrated track record of successfully placing associates
• Ability to manage recruitment processes and develop client relationships
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Motivated, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in legal search
• Ability to work from the office
