The Customer Service Officer supports the customer service team in administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately processing of regular customer service reports
• Prepare documents and correspondences, input data and compile analytical reports
• Maintain and update records and filing systems
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the customer service department
• Support CS team on projects execution

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Diploma Holder or above
• Minimum 1 year's working experience in clerical task, fresh grad is also welcomed
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
