The Customer Service Officer supports the customer service team in administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately processing of regular customer service reports
- Prepare documents and correspondences, input data and compile analytical reports
- Maintain and update records and filing systems
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the customer service department
- Support CS team on projects execution
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Diploma Holder or above
- Minimum 1 year's working experience in clerical task, fresh grad is also welcomed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
