Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and goal-driven Recruitment Associate (Project-Based) to support our talent acquisition efforts during a peak hiring period of three months. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates qualifications
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and online job advertisements
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and pipeline status
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and online recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working in a project-based or fast-paced recruitment environment is an advantage
