About the job ERP Functional Expert Lead

The ERP F&O Functional Expert Lead is responsible for providing expert functional consultation and hands-on configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role ensures that ERP solutions are designed, tested, and implemented in alignment with business requirements and global standards. The Functional Lead collaborates closely with project teams, IT, and third‑party providers to support end‑to‑end ERP initiatives, including system configuration, testing, user training, documentation, and reporting. The role also plays a key part in assessing global solutions, creating financial reports, and supporting continuous process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities:

The Employee will: 

  • Provide consultation and perform all required system configuration
  • Be heavily involved on testing and training
  • Support creation of job aids and process documentations
  • Provide careful assessment on all global solutions.
  • Create Financial reports within ERP
  • Work with the project team, IT and third-party provider for all relevant tasks for ERP

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Graduate of a four-year course, preferably accountancy or IT related
  • Sound ERP expertise on Microsoft Finance & Operations (F&O) 
  • Process Expert (per workstream) 
  • Able to establish credibility with internal /external customer 
  • Enhanced analytical and innovation skills
