About the job HR Benefits Specialist
Accountabilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs for CPL Group, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CPL Group employees, providing timely and accurate resolutions to benefits inquiries, claims, and concerns.
- Educate CPL Group employees on benefit options, eligibility, and plan details through clear and effective communication.
- Handle benefits-related inquiries, enrollment processes, reporting, and invoice management efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to ensure seamless plan operations and resolve complex issues.
- Manage the ticketing system/ service desk for service requests, assigning tickets to processors and ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee the shared mailbox, responding to inquiries promptly and escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify areas for process improvement, proposing actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Support the HR team with benefits-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of CPL Group.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in liaising with government agencies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceDesk+) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information to employees.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
