Accountabilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs for CPL Group, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CPL Group employees, providing timely and accurate resolutions to benefits inquiries, claims, and concerns.
  • Educate CPL Group employees on benefit options, eligibility, and plan details through clear and effective communication.
  • Handle benefits-related inquiries, enrollment processes, reporting, and invoice management efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to ensure seamless plan operations and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage the ticketing system/ service desk for service requests, assigning tickets to processors and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Oversee the shared mailbox, responding to inquiries promptly and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, proposing actionable solutions to enhance efficiency and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Support the HR team with benefits-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of CPL Group.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in liaising with government agencies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceDesk+) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information to employees.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
