About the job HR Analytics Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of HR data analytics strategy and frameworks.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
Analyze workforce data related to employee engagement, performance, turnover, DEI, recruitment, and more.
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and identify areas for improvement.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with privacy policies.
Mentor and guide junior analysts or HR team members on data literacy.
Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and people analytics tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.
Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
Strong experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics languages is an advantage.
Solid understanding of HR processes and metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, time-to-hire).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with HRIS platforms
Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning in HR contexts.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate in a matrixed environment
