Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR data analytics strategy and frameworks.

  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.

  • Analyze workforce data related to employee engagement, performance, turnover, DEI, recruitment, and more.

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and identify areas for improvement.

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with privacy policies.

  • Mentor and guide junior analysts or HR team members on data literacy.

  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and people analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.

  • Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

  • Strong experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics languages is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, time-to-hire).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with HRIS platforms

  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning in HR contexts.

Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate in a matrixed environment
