Junior Product Manager supports the development and improvement of iGaming digital products by assisting in backlog management, feature definition, and product execution, ensuring an engaging player experience aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in maintaining and grooming the product backlog under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to support sprint execution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor basic product performance metrics such as engagement and conversion.
• Conduct user and competitor research to support feature enhancements.
• Help coordinate feature releases and ensure proper communication internally.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout activities for new product features.
• Assist in improving player journeys across iGaming products.
• Ensure awareness of compliance requirements (responsible gaming, KYC basics).

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a product, project, or digital role. Extensive experience in other roles in iGaming companies is also acceptable.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn data-driven product practices.

Would be a plus:

• Interest or exposure to iGaming.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar product tools.

• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Mix panel etc.).

• Understanding of gamification, loyalty mechanics, or promotions.
