We are hiring an ambitious Google Analytics Specialist who can match the high expectations of our client - one of the most successful and fast-developing brands in the iGaming industry.

The Google Analytics Specialist will be responsible for implementing, restructuring, and operating Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager across the companys digital properties.
This role will focus on making Google Analytics a reliable and usable source of truth for Marketing and Product by ensuring correct tracking, attribution, and data consistency.

The position collaborates closely with Marketing, Product, Development, CRM, and BI teams, but does not own the CRM or the central data warehouse. Instead, the role ensures that Google Analytics is correctly structured and integrated so it can be effectively incorporated into the organizations wider reporting ecosystem.


As a Google Analytics Specialist at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Analytics Infrastructure & Tracking

  • Audit, clean up, and rebuild Google Analytics (UA / GA4) and Google Tag Manager setups across all brands and domains.
  • Architect and maintain a robust GA setup to track the full user funnel, from visit registration key on-site actions.
  • Define, implement, and enforce UTM standards across all acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Affiliates, Influencers, etc.) to ensure accurate channel attribution.
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns and partners are correctly represented inside Google Analytics.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with CRM, BI, and Development teams to ensure that Google Analytics is correctly integrated into internal processes and reporting flows.
  • Act as the internal owner of GA: translate business needs from Marketing and Product into tracking requirements and implementations.
  • Support Marketing teams in using GA correctly for performance analysis, funnel diagnostics, and campaign optimization.

Governance & Data Quality 

  • Implement validation and quality-control processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency inside Google Analytics.
  • Establish documentation and best practices for tagging, UTMs, and event structures.
  • Train and support internal stakeholders on proper use of GA and tracking conventions.


Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics (UA / GA4) and Google Tag Manager in complex, multi-channel environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, attribution models, and web analytics concepts.
  • Experience designing and implementing event-based tracking and conversion measurement.
  • Ability to audit and restructure existing analytics implementations.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of data integrity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Marketing, Product, Development, and Data teams.
