Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Project Manager Cashier to join our Gaming platform team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

In this position we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Ownership

Strategic Roadmap Execution: Define and execute the Cashier roadmap, prioritizing feature enhancements and value-add innovations beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct the dedicated Cashier ""Squad"" (Design, Engineering, and QA), providing comprehensive requirements and ensuring team-wide alignment with strategic objectives.

Pre-Development Discovery: Lead discovery sessions to analyze user behavior data, identify friction points, and validate product hypotheses before committing technical resources.

  • Operational Excellence & Performance Monitoring

Conversion Optimization: Drive commercial growth by monitoring and optimizing high-impact KPIs: Conversion Rates (CR), Approval Rates (AR), System Uptime, and Withdrawal Latency.

Payment Methodology Expansion: Enhance global FIAT flexibility by vetting, integrating, and rigorously testing new regional payment providers.

Crypto-Native Acceleration: Refine the on-chain deposit experience to ensure industry-leading speed, security protocols, and user-centric design for crypto-native users.

  • User Experience (UX) & Localization Stewardship

Unified Interface Management: Oversee the ""Unified Cashier Experience,"" ensuring a seamless, responsive interface across all web and widget-based platforms.

Dynamic Content Optimization: Manage and adjust real-time cashier parameters, including transaction limits, UI color schemes, and localized linguistic translations.

Personalization & Logic: Implement ""Smart Payment Recommendations"" to dynamically display the most relevant payment methods based on geo-location and user transaction history.

  • Technical QA & Regulatory Synergy

In-Situ Experience Auditing: Perform continuous "live" environmental testing across various mobile hardware, VPN configurations, and network bandwidths to maintain product integrity.

Stakeholder & Compliance Alignment: Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and DevOps to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining a competitive and frictionless product.

Required skills:
  • Languages: Russian and English (written and spoken) mandatory

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years within the Technology, Fintech, or iGaming sectors.
  • Industry Foundation: At least 12 months of specialized iGaming experience, ideally split between:

- 6 months of direct User/Player Interaction: A deep understanding of player behavior, pain points, and payment expectations.

- 6 months of Operator-Side experience: Familiarity with the internal logic, platform constraints, and operational workflows of a gaming product.

  • Technical Integration Management: Proven experience overseeing API-based integrations and managing relationships with third-party vendors and PSPs.
  • Project Management Methodology: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid frameworks. Advanced administrative skills in Jira and Confluence for tracking deliverables and maintaining project transparency.
  • Operational Detail & Quality Control: Exceptional attention to detail with a "Quality First" mindset. Ability to manage parallel workstreams (multiple integrations/regional updates) without compromising accuracy.
  • Analytical & Environmental Testing: Comfortable performing hands-on technical testing, including cross-platform, VPN-based, and network-latency simulations.
