Currently, we are looking for an ambitious PMO Manager to join our team for full-time employment in Serbia.
The PMO Manager is responsible for establishing and driving project governance, operational excellence, and cross-functional delivery standards across strategic initiatives and market launches.

As a PMO Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Project Governance & PMO Framework

  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve project governance standards, methodologies, templates, workflows, approval processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Define and implement consistent project management practices across departments to ensure transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects follow agreed governance requirements, including project initiation, planning, status reporting, risk tracking, budget monitoring, change control, and handover procedures.
  • Promote standardization of project documentation, delivery processes, and project management tools across the organization.

Portfolio Oversight & Delivery Control

  • Provide leadership with a clear view of project portfolio status, key risks, delivery constraints, and decisions required.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle across multiple strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects, from planning and initiation through execution, closure, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and overall delivery health across the project portfolio.
  • Identify delivery gaps, delays, conflicts, and bottlenecks across projects, and ensure corrective actions are defined, assigned, and tracked.
  • Support leadership in prioritizing projects based on business impact, strategic alignment, resource availability, urgency, and delivery feasibility.

Planning, Prioritization & Resource Management

  • Support project planning cycles by consolidating project demand, priorities, timelines, and delivery capacity.
  • Coordinate resource planning across departments to ensure effective allocation and utilization of internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and third-party vendors.
  • Identify capacity constraints, resource conflicts, and competing priorities, escalating them to leadership with clear recommendations.
  • Ensure that project plans are realistic, aligned with business objectives, and supported by appropriate resources and stakeholder commitment.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  • Establish and maintain a structured approach to identifying, tracking, managing, and escalating project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Ensure that project risks are assessed based on impact, probability, ownership, mitigation actions, and escalation requirements.
  • Monitor cross-project and cross-functional dependencies to ensure that interdepartmental blockers are visible, actively managed, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide leadership with early visibility of critical risks, delivery threats, and potential business impact.

Change Control & Scope Management

  • Establish and maintain a structured change control process for managing changes to project scope, timelines, budgets, priorities, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure that project changes are properly assessed, approved, documented, communicated, and reflected in project plans, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Monitor scope creep, shifting priorities, and unapproved changes, ensuring deviations from approved plans are escalated and managed appropriately.
  • Support project owners and stakeholders in evaluating the impact of change requests on delivery timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and expected business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the central coordination point between leadership, project managers, internal departments, external partners, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility of project progress, priorities, risks, decisions, and required actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, decision-making, dependency resolution, and communication across strategic initiatives and market launches.
  • Drive accountability among project participants by ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, follow-ups, and escalation paths.

Vendor & External Resource Oversight

  • Oversee project-related work performed by freelancers, outsourcing agencies, and third-party vendors in cooperation with relevant project owners and functional leads.
  • Ensure external deliverables meet agreed quality standards, timelines, budgets, scope, and business requirements.
  • Support vendor planning, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and delivery coordination where external resources are involved in strategic projects or launches.

Reporting, Dashboards & Management Insights

  • Develop and maintain project portfolio dashboards, status reports, delivery trackers, risk registers, budget updates, and executive-level reporting materials.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project progress, delivery performance, risks, delays, dependencies, resource constraints, and key decisions required.
  • Analyze delivery metrics, project performance, project progress, and operational data to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure project reporting is accurate, consistent, timely, and focused on business impact rather than only task completion.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, bottlenecks, and recurring delivery issues across projects and departments.
  • Design and implement improvements to project workflows, reporting structures, communication processes, handover procedures, and delivery standards.
  • Support the transition of completed projects and launched initiatives into business-as-usual operations, ensuring ownership, documentation, and operational readiness are clearly defined.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.

PM Capability Development

  • Support the development of project management capabilities across the organization by introducing best practices, templates, tools, training, and guidance.
  • Coach project managers, and cross-functional teams on project governance, reporting standards, risk management, planning, and delivery discipline.
  • Contribute to improving the maturity of project management practices across the business.

Required skills:

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, PMO, operations, or delivery management.
  • Proven background in the iGaming sector.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, project lifecycle management, reporting, risk management, dependency management, and change control.
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, priorities, vendors, and project documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence teams without direct authority and drive accountability across departments.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tool such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, and similar.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • Russian language proficiency.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or similar.
  • Experience working with international or distributed teams.
  • Experience managing freelancers, outsourcing agencies, or third-party vendors.
