As a HR Operations Generalist at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:
- Support the organization and execution of onboarding for new employees.
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials, presentations, and orientation sessions.
- Support Time Off setup and accrual updates in HR Cloud.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in collaboration with Office Management and Reception.
- Prepare daily presence and attendance reports.
- Assist with internal communication activities and content distribution.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal company events.
- Support planning and execution of external events.
- Help maintain the monthly events calendar.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Execute assigned HR operational tasks under the guidance of the HR Operations Team Lead.
- Update and maintain the employee headcount data table to ensure the HR Dashboard is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal procedures.
Required skills:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
