Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Talent Sourcer (Russian Speaking) to join our remote team for full-time employment.


As a Talent Sourcer (Russian Speaking) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Use various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, social media, and referrals) to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for open and future roles.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to understand the talent landscape, identify top talent pools, and provide insights to hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening of potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
  • Manage and update the candidate database to ensure a strong pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our brand and values in every candidate interaction.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain regular communication with passive candidates, nurturing relationships and building interest in current and future opportunities.


Required skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same or similar role

  • High level of ability to write and speak in Russian and English language

  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent time communication skills

  • Open-minded person



Will be considered a plus:

  • Previous experience working in the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) 

  • Experience in working within a multinational environment

  • Experience sourcing talent in Russian/Belarussian/Ukrainian markets
