Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale key acquisition channels: Affiliate, SEO, ASO, SMM, Media Buying, In-app, Influencers, Streamers, etc.
Hire staff.
Own budget planning and performance: ROI, CPA, LTV, etc.
Optimize conversion rate and EPC.
Creating and controlling the brands marketing budget with effective and accurate forecasting and spend.
Run and evaluate creative tests: messaging, funnels, visuals, bonus campaigns.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across web and mobile Keitaro, Appsflyer/Adjust, Affiliate software, etc).
Analyze performance using raw data and spreadsheets translate numbers into actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with Data Science, Designers and Engineering teams to ensure measurement accuracy and campaign impact.
Experience:
Proven experience as CMO role within the iGaming industry at least for 5 years.
Proven success stories with acquisition performance channels: Affiliate, SEO, ASO, Media Buying, Influencers, etc. in CIS markets.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making and personalize player experiences.
Experience managing small high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of performance analytics, tracking, and attribution.
Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
Languages: English B2 level and fluent Russian is a must.
