In this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:
Payment Systems Management:
- Searching for and connecting new PSPs (payment providers), acquirers, and alternative payment methods, including international and niche solutions.
- Negotiating and concluding agreements with new payment partners, including discussing fees, limits, currencies, payment methods and compliance requirements.
- Market analysis and monitoring of trends in the field of payment solutions, as well as competitors to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our product.
- Full support of payment providers after connection: work control, regular interaction, prompt resolution of incidents and SLA monitoring.
- Daily control of balances, commissions, settlements, conversion of incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Working with reports from PSP, reconciling data, providing information for the financial and accounting departments.
- Building long-term relationships with key contacts of providers.
Analytics and optimization:
- Constant analysis of payment indicators: approvals, rejections, chargebacks, processing speed, transaction costs.
- Identification of weak points and joint work with other departments (Risk, Tech, Product) to eliminate them.
- Participation in the selection and prioritization of payment directions and providers by jurisdiction.
Organization and support of payment solution integration:
- Receiving a full package of information from the PSP: technical documentation on API, business rules, limits, KYC/KYB requirements, etc.
- Checking the completeness and correctness of the materials provided, if necessary, requesting additional data from the provider.
- Setting the task in the tracker for the internal technical team with a clear description of requirements, goals and deadlines.
- Coordinating communication between the PSP and the technical team, monitoring deadlines and correctness of implementation.
- Pre-launch readiness testing: test transactions and reconciliation.
- Participation in the final launch of the new method/provider and further support in the early stages.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Russian speaker, with professional working proficiency in English.
- 3 years of experience in the field of payments, account management, business development or operational support in the high-risk segment (iGaming).
- Deep understanding of the specifics of the payment industry: PSP, APM, cross-border and local payment methods.
- Skills in financial accounting / accounting for payment providers are required.
- Ability to work in multitasking mode: simultaneously conduct development, analytics, partnership and operational control.
- Experience in communicating with foreign payment providers, understanding their requirements and business models.
Skills in working with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM and basic BI tools.
High degree of independence, analytical approach and responsibility.
