Responsibilities:
- Strategic CRM Leadership: Design and execute comprehensive CRM and retention strategies for multi-brand environments, enhancing player engagement and loyalty across diverse customer segments.
- Team Management & Development: You will need to build from scratch and manage a team.
- Personalized Player Engagement: Develop and implement personalized campaign frameworks, leveraging player data to tailor offers, bonuses, and product suggestions to player preferences.
- ATL & BTL Campaign Strategy: Drive both above-the-line (brand awareness) and below-the-line (targeted) CRM campaigns, ensuring integration of messaging and maximizing reach and engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify improvement areas, and make real-time adjustments to optimize results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure CRM strategies align with company goals, brand values, and local market requirements.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior CRM or retention role within iGaming or a related industry at least for a 5 years.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies and tools, particularly in a multi-brand, multi-market environment.
- Experience in leading both ATL and BTL marketing campaigns with a focus on retention and customer loyalty.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making and personalize player experiences.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Languages: English B2 level and fluent Russian is a must.
