We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. We are building a modern СRM platform, covering everything from infrastructure and back-office systems to core product development. We're looking for someone who can make complex technical processes clear, user-friendly, and well-documented for both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, QA, support, and infrastructure teams to create and maintain accurate and accessible documentation that enhances internal communication and product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining internal and external technical documentation (user guides, developer docs, API references, internal manuals).
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather information and translate it into clear, structured content.

• Documenting new features and updates across products and tools.

• Writing user-facing instructions for support, back office, and other non-technical departments.
• Simplifying communication between technical and business teams through well-structured functional descriptions.
• Preparing and maintaining release notes, onboarding materials, and training documentation.

• Ensuring clarity, completeness, and consistency in documentation.

• Contributing to defining writing standards, templates, and processes (Docs-as-Code, style guides).

• Maintaining documentation up-to-date with each software release.

Experience:

• Native or fluent Russian speaker, with professional working proficiency in English.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in tech companies (preferably SaaS or B2B).
• Proven experience writing for both end-users and developers (guides, manuals, API docs).
• Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, Notion, Markdown.

• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes, and CI/CD practices.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language without loss of meaning.

• Knowledge of UX/UI basics for user-friendly documentation.

• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and structured writing.

• Strong research and interviewing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• Previous experience as a developer or technical role (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON).
• Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and versioning workflows.
• Understanding of IT architecture, tech stacks, and deployment pipelines
