Currently, we are looking for an ambitious BI Developer to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

In this role, you’ll turn complex business questions into clear, reliable dashboards and reports that help teams make better decisions. You’ll help people see and understand what matters.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals, define key metrics, and ensure that Power BI reports reflect the business context. More than just building reports, you’ll help teams answer key business questions and make confident decisions based on data.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst in our company you would be responsible for:

• Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into clear, consistent, and actionable dashboards and reports.
• Dashboard & Report Development (Power BI): Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring usability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Data Modeling & Dataset Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI datasets, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance tuning, in line with company standards.
• Data Understanding & Validation: Ensure deep understanding of data sources, structure, lineage, and business definitions; validate data accuracy and highlight limitations or inconsistencies.
• Collaboration with Data Engineering: Collaborate closely with Data Engineering on data marts and pipelines, validate data transformations, and contribute to data model design decisions.
• Stakeholder Management & KPI Definition: Partner with non-technical stakeholders to define KPIs, translate business needs into data solutions, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• PBI Service Management: Manage Power BI workspaces, publishing, versioning, and ongoing maintenance of reports and datasets.
• Data Consistency & Governance: Ensure consistency of business metrics and definitions across reporting solutions; follow data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Documentation: Document dashboards, datasets, and business definitions to ensure transparency and maintainability.
• Continuous Improvement & Ownership: Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Power BI and Power BI Service, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Experience using Power BI end-to-end: from connecting and transforming data to building models, creating, publishing, and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
• Strong attention to maintaining clean, organized, and trustworthy data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Would be a plus:

• Experience in regulated industries such as iGaming, payments, banking, insurance, and other financial services.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with dimensional data modeling principles (e.g. star schemas).
• PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certificate
