Currently, on behalf of our client, we are looking for an ambitious Sportsbook Trader to join their team for full-time employment in a beautiful office in New Belgrade.

The Sportsbook Trader is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the sportsbook, ensuring a high-quality betting offer and stable performance across pre-match and in-play markets. The role focuses on monitoring events, managing markets and pricing, applying operational rules and limits, and supporting risk and promotional activities to drive a safe, competitive, and profitable sportsbook.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sportsbook Content and Offer Operations

Full, hands-on administration of the sports betting offer across pre-match and in-play, including event setup, accuracy checks, and creating new events and markets.

2. Odds Trading and Risk Control

Creating, monitoring, and adjusting odds; tracking market exposure; maintaining odds templates and applying betting limits across all sports.

3. Ticket Operations and Player Monitoring

Monitoring settled and unsettled bets; identifying winning patterns and irregular activity; monitoring high-risk accounts and applying actions such as limits or suspensions when required.

4. Reporting and Analytics

Preparing daily and weekly performance reports; analysing results by sport and market; supporting player segmentation and competitor benchmarking across odds, offers, and promotions.

5. Marketing Support and Collaboration

Selecting and preparing promotional content (matches, tournaments, competitions) and coordinating with CRM, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure accurate execution and timely updates.

6. Provider Management and Process Improvement

Day-to-day coordination with platform providers (NSoft, Betradar); testing new features and releases; documenting issues and proposing improvements in automation and risk monitoring.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

• All levels of experience in the gambling/sports betting industry are welcome (minimum 6 months);
• Strong knowledge of sports and sports betting mechanics;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Strong communication and organizational skills (time management, prioritization);
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Responsible and accountable;
• High attention to detail and concentration;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Reliability and independence;
• Available for 24/7 (shift work);
• Ethical, loyal, consistent

Preferred:

• Experience in sportsbook;

• Experience in trading/risk roles;

• Experience in sportsbook operations/trading;

• Background as a (team) sports athlete;

• Experience in sports journalism, sports data/statistics companies;

• Knowledge of Russian language.

• Ability to multitask effectively;
