We are hiring on behalf of our client, one of LATAM's most dynamic and fast-growing iGaming brands! We are looking for a People Experience Partner to join the team for full-time employment in the office in Lima, Peru.

As a People Experience Partner, you’ll support their People Team and help make the company a great place to work.
You will:
Assist with day-to-day People operations and administrative tasks.
- Support People Business Partners in implementing company frameworks and initiatives.
Help organize company events, team buildings, and celebrations.
- Support onboarding activities for new joiners (welcome gifts, introductions, etc.).
- Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, communication with candidates).
- Participate in employer branding activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Provide general support to employees and ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued.
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or people-related roles (internships count!)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in social sciences or a related field)
- Good command of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and open-minded attitude with a genuine interest in people and teamwork
Nice to have:
Experience in the iGaming industry
Previous work in an international or multicultural environment
