CPA Affiliate Manager (Junior/Middle)

Currently, we are looking for a CPA Affiliate Manager to join our team.

What you'll do

For Junior level:

• Support management of CPA affiliate partners under senior guidance
• Communicate with partners and share campaign updates
• Monitor campaign performance and reporting
• Maintain data in tracking systems
• Assist with reconciliations and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams

For Middle level:

• Independently manage affiliate partnerships
• Drive partner acquisition through warm and cold outreach
• Negotiate commercial terms
• Analyse traffic quality and campaign profitability
• Own partner budgets and performance
• Contribute to affiliate strategy
• Attend industry events and build relationships

What we're looking for

We are open to candidates with different experience levels:

Junior level:

• 0–1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related field
• Understanding of CPA/CPL models
• Strong analytical mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow

Middle level:

• 2–4 years of affiliate/performance marketing experience
• Experience with partner acquisition and negotiations
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and ROI-driven marketing
• Experience with affiliate platforms

For both levels:

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Russian-speaking candidate required
• Good English communication skills
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset
