As a Games Promotion Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Promotions Execution & Results Tracking

• Execute and deliver promotions including tournaments, jackpots, free spins, and seasonal campaigns based on the plan.
• Research all existing and new promotional tools and features offered by game providers and ensure they are integrated and tested.
• Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring consistent player engagement and alignment with commercial goals.
• Collaborate closely with Retention and Acquisition Marketing teams to find the best ways to promote these offers.
• Ensure promotions are clearly communicated and correctly displayed across all brands.
• Track results for all ongoing promotional campaigns and game positioning.

Promotion Launches & Coordination

• Coordinate with Content and Product teams on promotional assets, banners, categories, and game order within those categories.
• Coordinate promotional and co-funded campaigns with marketing acquisition teams.

Compliance & Responsible Gaming

• Ensure all promotions comply with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to review promotional terms and mechanics.
• Work on Terms & Conditions with game providers and the Legal department.

Required skills:

• English language proficiency B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with promotional campaigns.
• Project management experience.
• iGaming experience.
