Job Title: System Admin L2
About the role:
Were hiring a skilled L2 System Admin (Wintel/VMware) to keep our enterprise systems running smoothly. If youre passionate about Windows Administration, Virtualization, and ITIL practices, this is your chance to grow your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP including user accounts, records, and backups.
- Support and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and SRM environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot HP Blade and Rack servers for optimal performance.
- Perform system housekeeping, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
- Handle incident, request, and change management following the ITIL framework.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with vendors for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance checklists for operational excellence.
Must-Have Technical Skills / Knowledge:
Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and SRM
HP Blade & Rack Server Management (Chassis 7000, ILO)
ITIL Framework Incident, Change & Problem Management
System Monitoring, Patching, Backup & Recovery
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Vendor Coordination
Scripting & Automation (PowerShell preferred)
Strong Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
Documentation & Compliance Management
Certifications (Preferred):
MCSA / MCSE / VMware (Preferred)
Education / Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. / M.Sc. / MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience Required:
4+ years experience in Windows System Administration.

Salary Compensation:
Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA (based on experience)
