About the Role

Join us as an IT Sales Operations Executive / Analyst to drive sales efficiency and growth! Manage CRM systems, analyze performance, and collaborate across teams to streamline processes and enable smarter decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Process Optimization

  • Optimize Sales Operations: Streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and boost team productivity across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable reports to drive revenue growth.
  • Empower Sales Teams: Provide tools, training, and resources for faster deal closures and smarter selling.
  • CRM & Tech Management: Maintain clean CRM data, automate reporting, and support sales tools for seamless operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Compliance & Security: Safeguard data and ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and BI tools.

  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

  •  

    Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

  • Familiarity with IT products/services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline; Business, IT, or related fields are a plus.

  • Certification in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a bonus

  • Strong interest in sales operations, data analysis, and process optimization
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive business efficiency and growth.

Salary Compensation:

  • Salary Range: 5 - 6 LPA (based on experience)

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years experience in sale/Analyst.
