About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Process Optimization
- Optimize Sales Operations: Streamline processes, remove bottlenecks, and boost team productivity across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable reports to drive revenue growth.
- Empower Sales Teams: Provide tools, training, and resources for faster deal closures and smarter selling.
- CRM & Tech Management: Maintain clean CRM data, automate reporting, and support sales tools for seamless operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth workflows.
- Compliance & Security: Safeguard data and ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and BI tools.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Familiarity with IT products/services is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; Business, IT, or related fields are a plus.
Certification in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a bonus

Salary Compensation:
Salary Range: 5 - 6 LPA (based on experience)
