About the Role
Join our IT Infrastructure team as an L2 Windows System Administrator and play a key role in managing enterprise-level Windows servers, virtualization, and disaster recovery systems. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP for smooth operations.
- Oversee VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and SRM to ensure reliable virtualization and disaster recovery.
- Monitor system performance, apply firmware updates, and maintain HP Blade & Rack servers.
- Handle incidents, changes, and root cause analysis (RCA) under the ITIL framework.
- Perform system backups, restoration, and preventive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Collaborate with vendors, maintain SOPs, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.
Must-Have Skills
- Expertise in Windows System Administration with strong command of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on knowledge of HP Blade Systems (Chassis 7000, ILO) and server maintenance.
- Proficient in VMware ESXi, vCenter, and SRM for virtualization and disaster recovery.
- Familiar with ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, monitoring, and system performance optimization skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of clustering, file servers, and IIS troubleshooting.
Exposure to capacity planning and risk analysis.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or VMware VCP (preferred, not mandatory).
Education & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. / M.Sc. / MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience Required:
4+ years experience in Windows System Administration.

Salary Compensation:
Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA (based on experience)
