Job Title: Network Security Administrator L2

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate L2 Network Security Administrator to strengthen our enterprise security operations. You'll manage advanced firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems, ensure compliance, and enhance efficiency through automation in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and secure enterprise networks with 

  firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS solutions.
• Take ownership of  network security operations, ensuring reliability and rapid issue resolution.
• Conduct regular health checks, security patching, and compliance audits to maintain system integrity.
• Use advanced monitoring and automation tools to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage access controls and firewall policies for high-performance, secure environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to analyze incidents and strengthen defenses.
• Document network infrastructure, configurations, and procedures for operational excellence.
• Lead initiatives to automate workflows, enhance efficiency, and continuously improve network security.

Must-Have Technical Skills / Knowledge:

• Firewall, VPN, and IDS/IPS Configuration & Management.

• Strong Troubleshooting Skills Across Network Layers (L1L3).

• Hands-on Experience with Network Security Tools & Technologies
• Scripting and Automation (Python / Perl / REST API Integration)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking layers and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).

Certifications (Preferred):

• CCNP Security or equivalent certification.

• Additional certifications in Firewall/IDS/IPS technologies preferred.

Education / Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. / M.Sc. / MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years in IT/Cyber Security with a focus on Network Security (minimum 1 year). 
• Eager learners with strong fundamentals are highly encouraged to apply!

Salary Compensation:

• Salary Range: 5 - 8 LPA (based on experience)
