Our client, a highly respected interior design firm recognized for its design excellence and collaborative culture, is seeking an experienced Project Lead Corporate Interiors to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional who combines strong design sensibility with proven leadership and project management expertise.

The Opportunity

As Project Lead, you will oversee corporate interior design projects from concept through completion managing schedules, budgets, and teams to deliver exceptional spaces that reflect each clients brand and culture. You'll work closely with design and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination across all project phases, while maintaining the firms high standards of quality, documentation, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple corporate interior projects through all phases, including concept, design development, permit, tender, and construction administration.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Oversee drawing set reviews, documentation, and coordination with consultants, engineers, and contractors.

  • Conduct detailed site reviews, track progress, and ensure adherence to design intent, schedule, and budget.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, fostering trust and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Mentor and guide junior designers and project coordinators, supporting their technical and professional growth.

  • Collaborate with firm leadership to maintain consistency in quality, process, and documentation standards.

Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on corporate or workplace interiors.
    Experience with projects 75,000-300,000+ sf

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects from design through construction within a design or architecture firm.

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles.

  • Ability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative studio environment.

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is an asset.

  • Ability to work in-office a minimum of four days per week, with client and site visits as required.
