Salary: $75,000 – $115,000

A dynamic, design-focused architecture firm in downtown Hamilton is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Intern Architect or Architect (minimum 5 years experience) to join its growing team. The firm is expanding and taking on increasingly complex and ambitious projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will be well-rounded, with strong design sensibility and solid technical expertise. This position requires someone hands-on who can contribute across all phases of project delivery, from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support project teams

• Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients and authorities

• Produce high-quality construction documents

• Manage multiple projects concurrently

• Apply thorough knowledge of the Ontario Building Code

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong understanding of OBC requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently

• Broad experience across project phases preferred
