Senior Proposal Specialist
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid 1 day in office, 4 days remote)

City Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist on behalf of a leading architecture and engineering firm in Toronto. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, strategic professional who thrives in managing the full proposal lifecycle from RFP review to final submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of proposals from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subconsultants, and external partners to gather content and technical information.

• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, checklists, and submission timelines.

• Review and respond to bid portals and proposal opportunity emails regularly.

• Write, edit, and format technical and marketing content using Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite.

• Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all submission materials.

• Implement and refine systems for tracking opportunities, deliverables, and proposal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in proposal coordination or management within an architecture, engineering, or construction firm.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and strong technical writing and editing skills.

• Demonstrated experience leading complex proposal submissions independently.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
