Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role

Our client, a respected design-build firm with a strong presence in corporate interiors, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support project delivery across multiple office fit-out and commercial renovation projects. This position is suited for a highly organized, detail-focused professional looking to advance into a leadership pathway while working closely with Project Managers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.

  • Prepare documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.

  • Track procurement, deliveries, and material schedules.

  • Support tender administration and subcontractor coordination.

  • Maintain project files, drawings, and updates across internal systems.

  • Monitor project progress and assist with reporting requirements.

  • Communicate with consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders to keep project milestones on track.

  • Provide on-site support as required, ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • 36+ years of experience in a project coordination role within commercial interiors or ICI construction.

  • Solid understanding of construction processes, drawings, and documentation.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

  • Interest in growing into a Project Manager role is considered an asset.

Compensation: Up to $100,000
