Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour
Shifts: Various Days and Nights

About the Role
My client are seeking professional Security Concierges to support a new residential site. This is a night-based, front-of-house role requiring excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage resident-related issues and site security.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-house concierge and reception duties
• Meeting and greeting residents
• Handling resident queries and providing support
• Carrying out patrols of the building when required
• Responding to alarm activations in line with procedures
• Managing telephone enquiries
• Escalating issues appropriately and in accordance with site procedures

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication ability
• Confident dealing with tenant issues professionally
• IT literate
• Able to respond effectively to alarm activations
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Valid SIA DS or SG Licence
