Days of work:  Monday to Friday 

Location: Great Missenden and surrounding area's

Salary: £27,000 Dependent on Experience

Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, forward-thinking gardening and landscaping company that is expanding its team. They are seeking a confident, experienced gardener who can work independently, deliver high-quality results, and represent the business professionally when dealing with clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled gardener looking to work on a range of creative, well-maintained private and commercial gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general and skilled garden maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, lawn care, and hedge trimming
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks
• Work independently on sites and make horticultural decisions with confidence
• Liaise professionally with clients, offering advice and responding to feedback
• Use and maintain garden tools and machinery safely
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail on all jobs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on gardening or landscape maintenance experience in a professional setting
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools related to gardening tasks
• Excellent plant knowledge and horticultural skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
• Confident, reliable, and able to work without supervision
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• RHS Level 2 or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
