Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 am to 5.00 pm, 40 hours per week.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Main Job Purpose:

As a Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in driving product development by designing, refining, and optimising our products to enhance quality, performance, and customisation. You'll support continuous improvement in design and production processes, maximise the capabilities of software and machinery, and ensure high quality data management. Additionally, you'll work closely with sales and design teams to provide technical support for special customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design and Development: Create and maintain precise CAD models, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements in design and production processes, including CNC programming.

Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing to meet durability, functionality, and safety standards.

Data and Documentation Management: Maintain accurate technical documentation, ensuring design accuracy and compliance.

Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with sales and design teams to support customisation requests and technical training.

Essential Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings

Advanced IT skills and a commitment to continuous personal development

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Desirable Requirements:

Degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field
Experience in architectural, structural, or building engineering

Proficiency in CNC programming
