Location: Donington, Lincolnshire
Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary: £28,000 per annum

As a Graduate Technical Engineer, youll join a talented team who take pride in mentoring new talent. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your engineering skill set, gain hands-on CAD and CNC experience, and work on exciting bespoke projects across the full product lifecycle.

Your Role:

• Help design high-quality timber products using CAD software
• Support manufacturing process improvements and CNC programming
• Get involved with product testing, compliance, and technical documentation
• Liaise with departments to solve technical challenges and meet client requirements

What Theyre Looking For:

• A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Architectural, or similar engineering
• An interest in design, manufacturing, or sustainable building
• Competency in CAD software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• (Desirable) Experience or knowledge of timber design or CNC work
