Are you a skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a new challenge?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading company based in Sawtry in between Huntingdon & Peterborough.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer queries and questions through various channels including online, telephone, and the company's computer systems as well as process customer orders on our clients in house computer systems.

This is a fantastic chance to showcase your excellent customer service skills and provide a first-class service to customers.

To excel in this role, you must have 3 years of experience, be well-organised, have strong multitasking abilities and possess a solid background in customer service.

The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers is essential, as is the capability to adapt to different situations and provide solutions to customer issues.

Candidates will need to have previous experience of using the Microsoft Office suite and have a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
