• Sunday 16:50-08:10/Monday, Tuesday 20:10-08:10

• Wednesday ,Thursday, Friday 20:10-08:10 & Saturdays 20:10-10:10

Role overview:

Were seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our clients team in CB2. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking security company led by a female-majority board, recognised for championing diversity and inclusivity in the industry.

Our client delivers bespoke security and facilities management services across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, social housing, corporate estates, logistics, retail, and more.

Your Role:

• Operate the centralised car park management system, providing courteous and professional customer service via phone, intercom, and face-to-face.
• Use parking management, CCTV, and mechanical parking equipment (full training provided).
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Carry out Keyholding Alarm Response duties, including locking/unlocking sites and managing alarms.

What Were Looking For:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)

• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm and professional under pressure

• Physically fit able to stand and walk for extended period
