About the job Training Coordinator
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visits universities, schools and manning agencies to discuss and sell the Training Centers programs and services
- Sends proposal letters/ email to the universities, schools and manning agencies that could be developed as prospective contacts of the Training Center
- Ensures that the Training Center gains at least two (2) new contacts monthly
- Maintains good relationship among all existing contacts of Training Center
- Contributes to the growth, effectiveness, and profitability of the Training Center
- Maintains and updates a record of Training Center contacts
- Organizes and administers trainees record management , registration including evaluation grade and trade test in order to provide maximum services to trainees while ensuring efficient and effective workflow
- Provides leadership and develops appropriate recommendations for the implementation of related technology application in support of enhanced services offered through registration and records management
- Presents solution regarding resolution of trainee disputes as they relate to records and registration including back-up of records and registration service
- Collaborates with the Training Head to facilitate and improve services to trainees
- Organizes all logistical aspects of training sessions
- Deals with incoming walk-in inquiries for all training programs and services, processes any observation/ enrolment made and ensures up-to-date payment of trainees upon enrolment
- Receives payment by cash or check representing required training fees for a given program/ course including issuance of necessary receipts/ refunds due to trainees
- Computes total payments received at the end of the day and reconciles this with issued receipts
- Drops total payments received at the FO vault
- Compiles and maintains monetary reports and records
- Resolves trainees complaints regarding payment and collection of training fees
- Coordinates and cooperates with the Corporate Auditor in event of review of trainees transactions, surprised audits, etc.
- Provides general admin assistance and support for the Training Centers growth and excellent image building
- Takes responsibility for ensuring the availability of equipment and other requirements for scheduled training session including set-up/ clears up before and or after a training session
- Assists in the delivery of training sessions at a basic or administrative level if required
- Observes, examines and evaluates trainees working performance including their attitude and corrects them if necessary
- Monitors trainees developmental needs, their progress and quality of work standards in every area of exposure to achieve higher productivity
- Informs trainees of any development in house rules and policies
- Monitors and documents trainees violation governed by the trainee manual and prepare corresponding disciplinary action
- Administers the coordination, evaluation and certification of all training completion applications and provides back-up of trainees issued certifications.
- Performs any related tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, psychology, or related field

Experience in training coordination or admin work preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office

Basic knowledge in records
- Problem-solver, proactive, and team player

Experience in a training or academic setting is an advantage
