REPORTING TO : RESERVATION OFFICER / RESERVATION MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product and Market Knowledge

- 100% knowledge of the hotel properties and amenities.

- Handles all inquiries and details.

2. Basic Reservation Administrative Function

- Closely monitors and follows up clients for booking confirmations.

- Close coordination with other departments for specific requirements on accommodation and function.

- Maintains an accurate and current profile of updated account listing.

- Ensures achievements of goals and target.

3. Customer Relationship Building

- Maintains good rapport to hotel guests thru PR and good customer service.

- Gathers important information / leads for further enhancement of business rapport with key clients.

- Identifies top accounts based on booking and sales production history.

- Update non-guaranteed reservations every shift.

- 100% reply to guest inquiry: City Garden Suites Direct Site (Viber and Facebook). 

4. Accomplishes Reports and Submits on Assigned Deadlines

- Monthly reservation forecast.

- No Show Reports (reason why the reservation did not push through).

- Closely monitoring room allotments. 

Job Qualifications:

Education:
At least a college level or graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

Education:
Minimum of 1 year experience in front office, reservations, or sales in the hospitality industry preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with reservation systems and customer service platforms (e.g., PMS, OTA extranets) is an advantage
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination and collaboration skills with other departments
Ability to handle guest inquiries through various channels (phone, email, Viber, Facebook, etc.)
