Job Summary:

The Training Center Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and occupancy of the City Garden Suites Training Center. This includes selling training and event facilities, building partnerships with schools and manning agencies for OJT placements, and ensuring excellent client service. The role blends sales, client management, and strategic marketing, with a strong focus on building institutional partnerships and growing the training centers market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate clients, government agencies, NGOs, and training providers.

Actively promote training rooms, seminar packages, and corporate services.

Identify and approach new market segments, including educational institutions and professional training organizations.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

2. School/Manning Agencies and OJT Partnership Development

Proactively reach out to colleges, universities, and technical-vocational schools to offer the training center as a venue for seminars, workshops, and OJT placements.

Build partnerships with academic institutions for regular bookings and student training collaborations.

3. Client Relationship Management

Manage existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and contract discussions.

Address concerns and feedback before, during, and after events.

4. Marketing and Promotions

Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns tailored to specific client groups (e.g., academic, corporate).

Organize and attend trade shows, school job fairs, and networking events.

Develop marketing materials (brochures, packages, social media posts) for training services and OJT programs.

5. Reporting and Analytics

Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation.

Submit regular sales and activity reports to management.

Provide input for monthly and annual revenue forecasting.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or training center/hospitality management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team training
  • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage performance
  • Experience in handling Training programs and assessment
  • Good communication and client-handling skills
