About the Role
CK Funded is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to serve and support our growing community of traders in Spanish-speaking regions. Were looking for someone who truly understands the prop trading space, can provide clear, helpful, and timely responses, and values education and professionalism.
Youll be part of a dynamic support team responsible for ensuring our traders receive world-class servicehelping with everything from platform questions to funding and payout inquiries.
What You Will Do

Provide professional and responsive customer support in Spanish via chat, email, and ticket systems

Assist traders with inquiries about account creation, funding challenges, rules, and payouts

Troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms, user accounts, and prop firm processes

Document and escalate user feedback to help improve the product and support systems

Help translate key platform content, FAQs, and communication from English to Spanish

Manage support tickets with accuracy and empathy

Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, finance) to ensure timely resolution of issues

Maintain excellent service quality in line with CK Funded's support standards
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field

Fluent in Spanish (native preferred) with strong command of English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk

Knowledge of trading concepts, challenges, and prop firm models

Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detail
Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support, ideally within a prop trading firm or forex-related platform

Proven ability to handle high-volume client communication with a calm, professional approach

Experience dealing with international traders and understanding diverse user needs

Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader ) and funding processes

Demonstrated success in delivering excellent user support in fast-paced fintech environments
