About the Role
CK Funded is looking for a highly skilled, well-educated, and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Spain to lead strategic growth initiatives in the European region. You will work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to drive client acquisition, forge affiliate partnerships, and increase brand presence across the Spanish-speaking trading community.
We're hiring someone with international standards, a deep understanding of the trading and prop firm industry, and a hunger to make measurable impact. This role combines base pay with an attractive commission model to reward strong performers.
What You Will Do

Lead and implement business development strategies tailored to Spain and Southern Europe

Build and manage partnerships with traders, influencers, academies, affiliates, and trading communities

Identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term funded clients

Represent CK Funded at trading events, webinars, and virtual or in-person meetups

Maintain a structured sales pipeline and report on KPIs and partner performance

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding, marketing alignment, and regional strategy

Deliver consistent market feedback to improve our product, positioning, and service

Adapt global campaigns to suit local culture, language, and trading behaviour

Act as a regional brand ambassador for CK Funded, driving both revenue and reputation
Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Degrees from internationally accredited universities preferred)

Professional fluency in Spanish and English

Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial presentation skills

Familiar with digital marketing tools, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), and reporting dashboards

Certification in trading, financial markets, or fintech sales is a plus

High degree of professionalism, accountability, and organizational discipline
Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships

Industry experience in a prop trading firm, brokerage, or fintech startup is required

Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or user acquisition targets

Deep understanding of trader psychology, account funding models, and affiliate-driven growth

Experience working with or managing cross-border partnerships is a major advantage
